Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PC by the SEA website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

PC by the SEA provides technology services including managed IT, cybersecurity, data recovery, computer repair, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

Service Agreements

Managed IT, cybersecurity, and ongoing services are governed by separate service-level agreements (SLAs) that specify scope, pricing, response times, and other terms. These agreements supersede these general terms where applicable.

Data Recovery Policy

Data recovery services are performed on a best-effort basis. While we maintain a high success rate, recovery cannot be guaranteed for all devices. Our "no data, no charge" policy applies to the recovery attempt fee; diagnostic fees may apply in some cases. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all data accessed during recovery.

Repair Warranty

Repairs performed by PC by the SEA include a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. This warranty covers defects in parts used and workmanship. It does not cover new damage, software issues unrelated to the original repair, or accidental damage after service.

Limitation of Liability

PC by the SEA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of PC by the SEA and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Glynn County, Georgia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
